Account Deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of your StockLearn Pro account and what happens to your data afterwards. It applies to both the StockLearn Pro website and the StockLearn Pro mobile app, which share the same account.
How to request deletion
- Mobile app: open Settings â Delete Account and confirm.
- Website: open your Profile page and choose Delete Account.
- By email: write to help@stockviewpoint.in from the email address on your account.
You request deletion
Your account is marked for deletion immediately after you confirm.
30-day grace period
Your account stays inactive but recoverable for 30 days.
Log in to cancel
Signing back in during those 30 days automatically cancels the deletion.
What gets deleted
After the 30-day grace period expires, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted from our systems. This includes:
- Your login credentials and email address
- Your profile (name, bio, qualification, institute, education details)
- Course enrolments, lesson progress and watch time
- Quiz and exam attempts, scores and results
- Payment history records held in your account
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone once the grace period has passed. Anonymised or aggregated data that cannot identify you, and records we are legally required to keep (such as financial/tax records), may be retained.
